Poornima Shandilya

Poornima Shandilya is an experienced professional in the field of telecommunications, currently serving as Team Lead at C-DOT Centre for Development of Telematics since August 2007. Poornima specializes in Cellular IoT, focusing on oneM2M and related standards, and has led the design and development of critical features such as Non-IP Data delivery at SCEF node and IoT server. Poornima has significantly contributed to the oneM2M forum, representing C-DOT in various international meetings and mentoring contributions to specifications. In prior roles, Poornima held positions as a Senior Research Engineer, involved in developing common service functions and a centralized monitoring system for security agencies, and as a Research Engineer, focusing on GSM specification based services. Poornima also served as Vice Chair of the System Design and Security Working Group at oneM2M from February 2021 to February 2023 and holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology.
