Lisa Gallagher has a diverse work experience, starting as a Promotional Product Manager at Perseco in 1988, eventually becoming a Vice President & General Manager for McDonald's Business Unit at C.H. Guenther & Son in 2022. In between, they held various roles in marketing and management at companies like ConAgra Foods, Purdue University Global, Harper College, Pactiv, McCain Foods, and Sara Lee.

Lisa Gallagher earned their Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University. Lisa then went on to complete a Doctorate in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Argosy University Chicago. Additionally, they hold a Master of Science in Marketing from Roosevelt University.
