Pablo Arias

Pablo Arias currently serves as the Sr Director of Operations for U.S. Bakeries at C.H. Guenther & Son, a position held since April 2025. Prior to this role, Pablo worked as a Multi-Site Plant Manager at Associated Materials from July 2023 to April 2025, and as a Plant Manager at IRCA Group from November 2021 to July 2023. Before joining IRCA Group, Pablo held multiple positions at Kerry, including Plant Manager and PMO - Sr Project Manager, from November 2018 to March 2023. Pablo began their career as a Field Service Engineer at GENEVAC LIMITED, focusing on Energy Management Systems and Facility Management from July 2014 to May 2015. Pablo holds a Bachelor of Science degree in STEM and a Certificate in Business Studies from The Open University.
