Ed MacGregor

Ed MacGregor has over three decades of experience in IT support and analysis, currently serving as an Enterprise Application Analyst at C Hoare & Co since June 2011. Prior to this role, Ed held positions at UK Parliament for over 21 years, including Extended Business Service Team Leader and Senior Application Support Analyst, focusing on the operational integrity of critical procedural systems. Ed began the professional journey as a PC Support Officer at British Airways from June 1987 to March 1990, providing technical support and managing installations. Ed holds an MSc in Computing Science from Birkbeck, University of London, obtained from 1998 to 2001.
