Michelle Kearns has extensive experience in the banking sector, having worked at C. Hoare & Co. since November 1998, where Michelle currently serves as Banking Risk & Operations Manager. Previously, Michelle led an operational and client service team for 14 years, focusing on supporting Relationship Managers, and later transitioned to managing complaints and quality assurance along with risk assessment. Prior to this role, Michelle began their career at Barclays UK in July 1988 at the age of 16, where various positions included machine room duties and cashiering, culminating in the role of Customer Service Representative before resigning in November 1998.
