Neil L. has a diverse work experience in the banking and finance industry. Neil began their career at Nationwide Building Society as the Head of Payments Strategy & Transformation, where they oversaw group strategy, payments subject matter expertise, and transformation delivery for various types of payments. Neil also served on several industry boards and chaired the Payments Council Customer Authentication Group.
