Art Smits

Art Smits has a diverse work experience, starting in 1994 as a Vestigingsmanager at Adecco. Art then worked as an Area Manager at Olympia Uitzendbureau and Skyworks before becoming a Sales Manager at Kolibrie/Repay Payroll. Art later worked as a Consultant at Mentor Project Groep before joining Forexx Marine & Offshore as a Division Manager. Art's most recent role was as Head of Sales at C-Job Naval Architects, where they also served as a Business Development professional.

Art Smits has a Bachelor's degree in HR from Avans University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1994 to 1996. Prior to that, they completed a Commerce program at De Rooi Pannen, obtaining an M.D.S. degree from 1984 to 1986 and an L.D.S. degree from 1980 to 1984. Art has also pursued various training programs and courses in strategic leadership, shipbuilding, oil & gas, training delivery, VCA leadership, selling services, upselling, coach-like leadership, labor law, consultative selling, negotiations, and sales from different institutions and organizations such as Nyenrode Business University, NMT, IRO, de Baak, LOI, Krauthammer, Kenneth Smit Training.
