Sofia Rodriguez

Sofia Rodriguez is an experienced human resources professional with a career spanning over two decades in the field. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at C & L Refrigeration since September 2016, Sofia has previously held significant roles, including Manager of Human Resources & Payroll at K1 Speed and various positions in human resources at Del Taco Restaurants Inc. and Toyo Tires. Sofia earned an Associate of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Westwood College-Anaheim between 2000 and 2002.
