David Aquilina has a wide range of work experience in various industries. David started their career as a Maintenance Engineer at Cytec Industries in 1996. David then moved on to GE Plastics where they worked as a Lead Maintenance and Reliability Engineer and later became the Capital Investment and Maintenance Manager. In 2002, they joined Masterfoods as a Reliability Manager for a food manufacturing plant. From 2003 to 2006, they owned their own company called Aquilina Enterprises, Inc. David then transitioned to Lochsa Engineering as a Senior Project Manager, where they led civil engineering projects for commercial land development. In 2009, they worked at International Construction Management as an Executive Vice-President specializing in building information modeling and rendering. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Graham Packaging, holding various roles including Continuous Improvement Leader, Plant Manager, and Regional CI Manager. David'smost recent position is Director of Operations at CL Smith, which they started in 2017. Throughout their career, Aquilina has gained experience in operations management, continuous improvement, project management, and leadership.

David Aquilina earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho, where they studied from 1984 to 1989. Later, they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana between 1998 and 2001.
