Kelly Shillito

Kelly Shillito has extensive work experience in various leadership roles. Kelly joined Novvia Group in 2021 as the COO for CL Smith and Sr VP of HR for Novvia Group. Prior to that, they spent several years at C.L. Smith, where they held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Operations, Human Resources and Supplier Diversity. Their tenure at C.L. Smith lasted from 2006 to 2014. Before joining C.L. Smith, Kelly worked at UPS as the Regional Director of Human Resources from 1987 to 2005.

Kelly Shillito holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Webster University. In April 2023, they obtained a certification in Talent Management from the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School - Executive Development program.
