Melanie Weatherall

Melanie Weatherall currently serves as Managing Director at The Oxford Cat Clinic and Director at Synergetics Ltd, both roles assumed in October 2023 and September 2023 respectively. As a C-Me Activator since May 2021, Melanie utilizes the C-me Colour Profiling tool to enhance team performance, communication, and cohesion while fostering a committed culture within organizations. Previously, Melanie held the position of Veterinary Practice Manager at Medivet from August 2022 to October 2023 and also managed The Oxford Cat Clinic from April 2013 to October 2023.
