Silvio Vigato has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Silvio started their career at Ferrari as an International Market Analyst for Ferrari and Maserati from 1997 to 1998. Silvio then became the Licensing Manager for Ferrari from 1999 to 2002. In 2002, they joined Maserati as the International Press Office Manager and later became the Licensing & Sponsorship Marketing Manager from 2004 to 2005.

In 2006, Silvio Vigato joined Ferrero as the Licensing Manager until 2008. Silvio then moved to Bonfiglioli Riduttori SpA as the Marketing Director from 2009 to 2010. Subsequently, they held the position of Head of Marketing and Communications at Bormioli Rocco from 2010 to 2014.

Silvio Vigato's next role was with Juventus Football Club, where they served as the Co-Chief Revenue Officer - Brand, Licensing & Retail from 2014 to 2018. Silvio was then promoted to Chief Innovation Officer until 2022.

In 2015, Silvio Vigato co-founded auting and has been involved with the company since then.

Silvio Vigato completed their undergraduate studies in Economics at Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna from 1991 to 1996, earning a Laurea degree. Silvio also pursued studies in Marketing at the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business from 1994 to 1995, although it is unclear whether they obtained a degree in this field.
