Candace Richardson

Candace Richardson is an experienced professional in the packaging industry, currently serving as Technical Director at C-P Flexible Packaging since March 2019, while also holding the position of Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement. Prior to this role, Candace worked at Flexo Transparent, LLC from October 2009 to March 2019, where responsibilities included Director of Quality and Continuous Improvement and Quality Assurance Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at Printpack, Inc., where Candace managed product development for the USFlex Division and supported major food companies as a Product Development Engineer, and an engineering role at Eastman Kodak, participating in a global manufacturing rotation program. Candace holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University at Buffalo, obtained in 1999.
