Paul Schwartz

Paul Schwartz is an experienced manager with a diverse background in logistics, packaging, and insurance. Currently serving as a Manager at C-P Flexible Packaging since September 2018, Paul previously held multiple leadership roles at XPO Logistics - Supply Chain from August 2013 to September 2018, including General Manager, Operations Manager, and Operations Supervisor. Prior to that, Paul worked as an Independent Agent at Aflac from June 2012 to August 2013, consulting on voluntary benefits. With a long tenure at Monumental Life Insurance from August 1987 to December 2011 as Manager of Printing and Distribution, Paul achieved significant operational improvements, including a 100% reduction in overtime and a 40% increase in efficiencies through automation. Paul holds a diploma from Owings Mills High School.
