Lorena Curtis

Lorena Curtis has extensive experience in the financial and customer service sectors, currently serving as Branch Support Manager and Financial Operations Manager at cPort Credit Union since November 2020. Prior to this role, Lorena held positions at People's United Bank, N.A. as Sales & Service Supervisor from October 2015 to November 2020, and gained customer service experience as a Guest Service Representative at Sea View Motel and Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott. Lorena also completed a Marketing and Brand Management internship at the University of Southern Maine and worked as a Promotions Assistant at Portland Radio Group. Starting a career with City Year as an Outreach Coordinator, Tutor, and Mentor post-graduation, Lorena holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communication/Media Studies with a minor in Marketing from the University of Southern Maine, after attending Hampden Academy.
