Joseph Rybka

Joseph Rybka is an accomplished technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and architecture. Currently serving as Principal Software Engineer and Enterprise Architect at C-Quest Capital since August 2022, Joseph has also held the role of Technology Consultant at KBM Enterprises since August 2004, where responsibilities include implementing web content management systems and providing customer support. Previous experience includes Senior Software Engineer at RAND Corporation, Solution Architect for Southcoast Health System, and Database Administrator/Analyst at Glens Falls Hospital. Joseph has a strong foundation in IT administration from Case Western Reserve University and the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, alongside early experience at Eastman Kodak as a Cutsheet Lab Assistant. Joseph Rybka holds a BA in Philosophy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
