Kenneth Newcombe is the Founder and CEO of C-Quest Capital, a position held since October 2008. Kenneth's extensive experience includes serving on the Board of Directors for Verra's Verified Carbon Standard from 2007 until December 2023, as well as a Managing Director role in Fixed Income and Commodities at Goldman Sachs from September 2007 to October 2008. Prior to that, Kenneth was the Vice Chairman and Head of Origination at Climate Change Capital between February 2006 and August 2007, and spent over two decades at the World Bank, holding the title of Senior Manager from 1982 to 2005, including a role with the Global Environment Facility from 1990 to 1995. Educational qualifications include a Program for Management Development Diploma from Harvard Business School, a Doctorate in Energy and Natural Resource Management and Health Nexus from The Australian National University, and a Bachelor of Science with honors from the University of Tasmania.
