Scott Stokenbury

Scott Stokenbury has a strong background in business development and project management. Scott began their career as an Institutional Sales representative at Llama Company in 1994. In 1996, they joined Walmart as a Real Estate Manager, where they worked until 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they served as a Project Manager at Ozark Assets. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Business Development at C.R. Crawford Construction, a role they have held since 2007.

Scott Stokenbury has a strong educational background with degrees in both business administration and education. Scott obtained a Bachelor of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas in 1991, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the same university in 1992. Continuing their education, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Arkansas, which they are currently completing. Additionally, Scott has obtained certifications such as the CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the CCIM Institute and the CDP (Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional) from the International Council of Shopping Centers.
