Norma Martinez has over 15 years of work experience in various industries. Norma currently serves as the Director of Customer Experience at C.R. Laurence Co., Inc. since August 2020. Their previous role was as a Performance Improvement Project Manager at Cedars-Sinai from May 2019 to July 2020.

Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Business Administration/Management with an emphasis in Marketing at California State University, Fullerton, from 2006 to 2010.

Throughout their career, Norma has also acquired several additional certifications. These include "Understanding Finance and Accounting" from USC Marshall Executive Education in April 2021, "Certified Customer Experience Professional" from the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA) in 2021, and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from UCI Health in June 2016.
