Alexander Soldado has extensive experience in the crane operation and martial arts education fields. Since February 2012, Alexander has been an offshore crane operator at C.S.E. Mecanica e Instrumentação ltda, previously holding similar positions at SKANSKA BRASIL LTDA and Tomé Equipamentos e Transportes S.A. from 2015 to 2017 and 2005 to 2012, respectively, as well as at chein transporte sa from 1998 to 2005. In addition, Alexander has been a Judo professor at ACADEMIA J.LOPES JUDÔ since February 1990, with qualifications registered at both the Federação de Judô do Estado do Rio de Janeiro and the Confederação Brasileira de Judô. Alexander holds a degree from Universidade Estácio de Sá-Macaé, completed between 2014 and 2016.
