James O'Donoghue

James O'Donoghue, PMP, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management and business operations across various sectors. Currently serving as Regional Manager at C-Sharpe Co, LLC, since January 2023, James oversees all aspects of business operations and strategic direction for a multi-million-dollar portfolio. As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Nautilus Civil Technologies since April 2020, James leads initiatives that leverage advanced technologies to support commercial and residential construction projects. Previous roles include Director of Automation and Controls at Walker Engineering and Project Executive at DaVita Labs, where James managed large-scale construction projects. Additionally, James served as an Engineering Instructor and Project Manager in the US Army, focusing on project management and engineering disciplines while also owning a construction service business. James holds a degree from Excelsior University.
