Brian Swindoll

Brian Swindoll is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, training, and operations management. Since March 2017, Brian has held various leadership roles at C Spire, including Director of Compensation and HR Projects, where responsibilities include managing technical and safety training initiatives and driving continuous improvement. Prior to C Spire, Brian served as Director of Operations at the Jackson Convention Complex, overseeing all operational aspects of a large facility, and held the position of Sr. IT Consultant at TechSource Solutions, addressing complex IT issues for diverse clients. Brian's career began at the Jackson Convention Complex as an Event Manager, assisting with event execution and IT governance. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from The University of Southern Mississippi and an Associate of Arts from Pearl River Community College.
