Chris Champion

Chris Champion has a diverse background in government relations and policy. Chris most recently served as the Vice President of Government Relations at C Spire since October 2020. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Government Relations at C Spire from September 2019 to October 2020. Before joining C Spire, Chris worked as the Vice President at Cornerstone Government Affairs from July 2015 to September 2019. Chris also served in the Office of Governor Phil Bryant as the Policy Director from December 2013 to June 2015 and as a Policy Advisor from January 2012 to December 2013. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Special Assistant in the Office of Senator Roger F. Wicker from October 2009 to January 2012. Chris started their career as a Consultant at Cobbs, Allen & Hall from May 2006 to October 2009.

Chris Champion attended the University of Mississippi from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Banking and Finance.
