Marcheta Walker

Marcheta Walker has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marcheta started their career as an Information Technology Intern at Monsanto in 2001. Marcheta then worked as a Summer Intern at Nvision Solutions, Inc. in 2003. In 2004, they were an Honors Intern at the FBI. In 2005, they joined the US Federal Government as an Analyst.

In 2007, Marcheta joined C Spire as a Software Developer I in Billing Operations and worked their way up to become the Director of Billing Applications & Operations in January 2022. Along the way, they held various roles such as Software Developer II, System Analyst I, Manager of Billing Operations, and Senior Manager of Billing Applications and Operations.

Through their roles at C Spire, Marcheta gained extensive experience in billing applications and operations. Their expertise and strong leadership skills led their to the position of Director, where they currently manage these critical areas.

Marcheta Walker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science at Jackson State University from 1998 to 2003. Marcheta then went on to earn their Masters of Science degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2003 to 2005.
