Currently serving as a Leadership Council Member for the National Small Business Association and as Chair and President of Protect Illinois Communities, Carroll has been instrumental in advocating for small business interests and successfully campaigning for an assault weapons ban in Illinois. As President and CEO of C-Strategies Inc., a certified strategic communications firm, and founder of The Broad Cast Podcast, Carroll focuses on empowering women in various sectors. With previous roles including Communications Advisor for Governor-elect J.B. Pritzker’s Transition Committee and Chief Communications Officer for Chicago Public Schools, Carroll holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Communications from Loyola University Chicago.
