Patrick 'Paddy' McBane has extensive experience in leadership and training roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Speakers Bureau at C-Suite For Christ, McBane also holds the position of Principal Owner at Life Needs Leadership. As Lead Trainer and Director of Global Initiatives at Transformational Leadership (FSH Consulting), McBane contributes to the development of transformative leadership skills. Previously, McBane was the Executive Director and a speaker at Marketplace Solutions, Inc. McBane’s educational background includes an Associate's degree in Business Management and Accounting from ITT Youngstown College of Business, as well as studies in Music Performance at Youngstown State University.
