Samantha Brown

Samantha Brown is an experienced leader with a diverse background in digital transformation, project management, and leadership development. Currently serving as an Executive Member at C-Sweet and a Board Member at SnipWell, Samantha previously held the role of Digital Transformation Leader at Duke Energy, where efforts were focused on the Clean Energy Initiative and fostering high-performing teams. As the Founder and CEO of ConnectMore®, Samantha provides leadership development consulting and clarity coaching. In addition, Samantha held various IT and project management roles at Domtar, John Deere, Nortel Networks, and Siemens. Educationally, Samantha holds a degree from Western Carolina University.
