Julia Beaty

Julia (Polston) Beaty has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Julia recently worked as a Human Resources Training and Development Director at both Beaty Construction and C-Tech Corporation. Prior to that, they held the role of Manager of Talent Development at Indiana Constructors, Inc., where they were responsible for workforce development efforts in the heavy/highway construction industry. Julia also served as Communications Director at HIS Management Corporation and as a Marketing Coordinator at HIS Constructors, Inc. Julia began their career as a Radiology Registration Specialist at Indiana University Health and as an Undergraduate Admissions Senior Information Specialist at IUPUI.

Julia (Polston) Beaty attended Triton Central High School from 2006 to 2010 where they completed their high school education. Following that, they attended Indiana University Indianapolis from 2010 to 2015 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies, with a minor in American Sign Language.
