Dmitrii Beliakov has had a diverse work experience. Dmitrii is the Founder and CEO of C Teleport, a travel agency that allows users to change and cancel flights online using deep learning. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Chairman and CEO of Crewplanet crewing agency, where they developed an innovative web application and achieved high ROI by capturing a significant market share. Dmitrii also founded and served as the CEO of SuiteStory, a role they held from January 2015 to May 2017. Dmitrii founded and served as the CEO of Expromo, where they identified business opportunities and successfully rebranded and marketed local food products across Europe. Dmitrii was also the CEO of Alus Avots, where they were appointed as the youngest CEO in the industry and implemented strategies to address falling profits.

Dmitrii Beliakov pursued their education in a chronological order, starting with a Bachelor's degree in Economics from RISEBA University, which they earned between 1997 and 2001. Dmitrii then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Economics from the same university from 2001 to 2003. Following this, Dmitrii pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Economics from Latvijas Universitate, completing their studies between 2005 and 2006. Later, between 2014 and 2016, they attended both London Business School and Columbia Business School, where they pursued a Global Executive MBA degree.
