Head of Customer Service & Airline Relations at C Teleport

Jekaterina Onufrijeva has experience in various roles, primarily in customer service and airline relations. From June 2017 to May 2019, they worked as an Airline Relations Manager at C Teleport. From May 2019 to June 2020, they served as a Customer Success Manager at the same company. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Customer Service & Airline Relations, starting in June 2020. Prior to that, in 2016, they were an intern at Reach For Change, a non-profit organization focused on supporting social entrepreneurs who aim to improve the lives of children.

Jekaterina Onufrijeva obtained their Bachelor's degree in Humanities, specializing in the Modern Language and Business Studies program, from Latvijas Universitate. This program focused on languages, culture, and business studies and was completed between 2013 and 2017. Additionally, they attended the International Summer School of German Language and Culture at Heidelberg University in 2016, participating in the Internationaler Ferienkurs.
