Antonio Gulli

Antonio Gulli is a highly experienced technology leader known for expertise in artificial intelligence, search, and cloud computing. Currently serving as Sr Director and Distinguished Engineer in the CTO Office at Google since August 2016, Antonio has previously held various leadership roles at Google, including overseeing Google Cloud technology solutions and engineering teams. Additionally, Antonio is a board member at C the Signs, focusing on innovative cancer detection methods, and an author for Packt, contributing to the field of deep learning through published works. Earlier career highlights include serving as Vice President for Elsevier at RELX Group, Principal Development Manager at Microsoft, and CTO for IAC in Europe. Antonio co-founded Ideare S.p.A., which became a pioneering search company in Europe, and has an academic background with a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the Università di Pisa, alongside significant contributions to web information retrieval research.
