Joshua Holland has a solid background in IT, starting as an NTEC Lab Assistant at Clark College and progressing to roles such as Network Administrator at AnswerNet and Network Engineer at the City of Portland. Currently employed as a System Administrator at C-TRAN, Joshua holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Cybersecurity from Clark College.
C-TRAN
C-TRAN provides safe, efficient and reliable public transportation in Clark County and the Vancouver-Portland region. Our service includes Local bus routes within Clark County, Regional and Express routes to Portland, dial-a-ride Connector service and C-VAN paratransit service for passengers with disabilities. C-TRAN also launched the region's first bus rapid transit system, The Vine, in 2017. In 2019, C-TRAN was named North American Mid-Sized Transit System of the Year by the American Public Transportation Association. At C-TRAN, we believe we are more than just a transit agency.
