Demond Mullen

Demond Mullen is an experienced professional with a strong background in transportation management and process improvement. Currently serving as a Transportation Management System (TMS) Administrator at Temco Logistics since August 2024, Demond previously held the position of Process Improvement Project Manager at Ricoh Americas Corporation, where a 10% decrease in operating expenses was achieved through financial analysis and enhanced order visibility. As a member of the Board of Directors for the Sustainable Business Network of Greater Philadelphia, along with roles at Philadelphia Gas Works and Quest Diagnostics, Demond has consistently demonstrated expertise in operational efficiency and cost reduction, including a notable $1.5 million savings at Quest Diagnostics through innovative cost modeling.
