Jimmy Greaves

Jimmy Greaves has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Jimmy currently works as a Customer Success Engineer/Customer Success Manager at C TWO, formerly RPA Supervisor, since May 2022.

Prior to their current role, Jimmy worked at ISG (Information Services Group) from 2016 to 2022. In their time at ISG, they held multiple positions, including Consulting Manager and Senior RPA Consultant. As a Consulting Manager, Jimmy was responsible for creating and delivering large-scale strategic automation programs for clients, resulting in significant savings and efficiencies. As a Senior RPA Consultant, they provided technical advice and consulting services to medium to large organizations looking to adopt automation, primarily RPA.

Before joining ISG, Jimmy worked at Leeds Building Society from 2014 to 2016. Here, they served as a Robotic Process Automation Developer, responsible for all aspects of the organization's RPA life cycling, including business liaison, pipeline generation, process redesign and automation, and implementation of automated solutions. Jimmy also worked as an Operational Change Analyst, where they identified opportunities for process improvement and contributed to addressing cost effectiveness and efficiencies within key departments.

Jimmy's earlier work experience includes a role as a Senior Profit Recovery Auditor at Audit Partnership Limited from 2011 to 2014. In this position, they led a team of auditors to identify and manage discrepancies between major supermarket retailers and their suppliers, resulting in data-driven claim packs to recover losses.

Jimmy Greaves attended Northumbria University from 2009 to 2011, where they studied Business Finance. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the UiPath - RPA Advanced Developer certification from UiPath in August 2019. Jimmy also obtained various certifications related to automation and project management from institutions such as Automation Anywhere, LinkedIn, NICE Ltd, and Enate Ltd between 2020 and 2021.
