Florent Zara is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in open source and software quality consulting. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Professional Services and Open Source Services Team Lead at the Eclipse Foundation since February 2022, Florent has previously held roles such as Open Source Advisor at Capital Fund Management, where responsibilities included establishing an Open Source Program Office and drafting governance documents. With a background as CTO at HENIX and leadership in various projects across organizations like ENGIE Digital and BNP Paribas, Florent has developed expertise in Inner Source initiatives, project management, and application security. Educational achievements include a B.Eng in Production from École de technologie supérieure and a Master's degree in Production from EPF Engineering School.
