Andrew started their career as a Graduate Research Assistant at Auburn University - National Center for Asphalt Technology, where they researched stress-strain relationships of long-life asphalt pavements. Andrew then spent two years as a Materials Engineer at APAC, Inc. - Materials Services, providing technical assistance to APAC construction divisions through laboratory testing, materials management training, field assistance and research.

In their current role at C.W. Matthews Contracting Co., Andrew is responsible for overseeing quality control and terminal operations. Andrew has played a key role in the company's success in recent years, and they look forward to continuing to help the company grow in the future.
