Mike Smith

Mike Smith is an accomplished Engagement Director with extensive experience in cloud and managed services, IT outsourcing, and strategic sales. Currently serving as Engagement Director at ConvergeOne since September 2020, Mike has previously held key positions at InComm as Information Technology Quality Assurance Manager and Automation, and at CloudPoint Solutions, LLC as Vice President of Engagement Services. With a strong foundation in managed services from roles at Hewlett-Packard and CompuCom, Mike has excelled in managing the sales process, crafting proposals, and negotiating contracts, demonstrating a consistent track record of developing successful outsourcing solutions.
