Brenda Margolies

Brenda Margolies is currently the Head of Program Management at c16 Biosciences. Prior to this, they were a Project Manager at Indigo from April 2019 to February 2021, and a Consultant at BR Consulting from September 2016 to May 2017. Brenda has also served as the VP of IFT Relations at the Institute of Food Technologists from April 2016 to August 2017, and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Cornell University from May 2015 to June 2017. Most recently, they were an R&D Product Development Scientist at PepsiCo from September 2017 to April 2019.

Brenda Margolies has a Master's Degree in Food Science and Technology from Cornell University. Brenda also has a Bachelor's Degree in Food Science from Cornell University. Her GPA from Wayne Valley High School is 4.25. Brenda is certified by the Project Management Institute as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and by the Safe Quality Food Institute as an SQF. Brenda is also certified by the FDA in Hazard Analysis & Critical Control Points (HACCP).

Their manager is Shara Ticku, Co-Founder & CEO. They work with Don DiMasi - Senior VP, Process Development, Gayle McKenzie - General Counsel, and Ling Li - Director of Business Development - Food.
