Ashley Brooks

Ashley Brooks has a diverse work experience in various human resources and management roles. Ashley is currently the Director of Human Resources at C2 Education, where they oversee all HR functions and manages the department's daily workflow. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of People Operations at PeakMade Real Estate, where they resolved employee relations issues and implemented new policies and procedures. Ashley also has previous experience at C2 Education, where they served as the HR Operations Manager and Recruiting Manager, spearheading HR operations and recruitment efforts across multiple states. Before that, they worked at KinderCare Education as a Director, Associate Director, and Teacher/Program Specialist, where they increased student enrollment, implemented process improvements, and achieved NAEYC accreditation. Ashley's earlier experience includes working as a Child & Family Advocate at Macomb County Head Start, where they ensured compliance with company policies and provided support to students and parents.

Ashley Brooks holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Administration from Central Michigan University. Ashley also obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Child Development from the same institution.
