Barry Garrett

Barry Garrett has extensive experience in compliance roles within the financial sector, currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at C2 Private Wealth since October 2025. Prior to this position, Barry held multiple compliance leadership roles at Victory Capital from August 2017 to October 2025, where responsibilities included Chief Compliance Officer, Deputy Chief Compliance Officer, and Compliance Officer. Barry's career also includes serving as Vice President of Compliance for the Public Securities Group at Brookfield Asset Management from April 2013 to August 2017, and Compliance Analyst at LSV Asset Management from January 2012 to April 2013. Earlier in the career, Barry was a Compliance Associate at Intrepid Capital Management, Inc. from September 2006 to April 2009. Barry holds a BA in Politics and a BM in Music Performance from Oberlin College and the Oberlin Conservatory of Music, respectively, along with an MM in Music from Michigan State University.
