Craig Preston

Craig Preston is the Founder and CEO of C²Perform, a company that helps customer support operations improve performance and retain employees. Craig has experience as an investor and board member at Luxe Factory Outlet, a fast-growing online retailer, and as the founder and managing partner at zLane Services, which provides business process consulting and mobile app development. Craig has also worked at companies such as Capgemini and Allconnect in various management positions, and holds a BS in Accounting & Computer Science from Troy University.
