Ildefonso's career includes significant roles at McKinsey & Company as a Partner and in various capacities at Procter & Gamble, emphasizing expertise in consumer goods, supply chain management, and operational performance. Ildefonso holds an MBA from INSEAD and a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo.
