Jeremy Harbaugh

Jeremy Harbaugh serves as the Lead Product Operations Manager at C3 AI since March 2022, following a progression from Senior Product Operations Manager. Prior to this role, Jeremy accumulated extensive experience in the US Marine Corps from June 2011 to March 2022, where responsibilities included managing safety and standardization as a Senior Program Manager, overseeing over $720 million in aircraft operations, and enhancing aviation safety through rigorous risk assessment and training initiatives. Earlier positions included Project Manager for Aviation and Program Manager for Internal Operations, where Jeremy developed strategic pilot training plans that significantly improved flight qualifications. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Quantitative Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
