Uma Sandilya

Uma Sandilya is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in strategic alliances and management within the technology and energy sectors. Currently serving as Group Vice President of Strategic Alliances at C3 AI since December 2024, Uma previously held key positions at McKinsey & Company, including Partner and Engagement Manager. With a robust background at C3 AI from 2013 to 2022, Uma excelled as Vice President of Strategy and General Manager for various business units, overseeing product development, market strategy, and global sales efforts, especially in partnership with major industry players like Google Cloud. Earlier, Uma managed transmission operations at Entergy, demonstrating leadership in critical infrastructure projects and restoration efforts during significant disasters. Uma holds an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Master’s degree in Electric Power Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
