Spencer Hare

Spencer Hare has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as a Sales Associate at C3 Industries in 2022. Spencer then worked as a Stocker at ALDI USA, where they developed problem-solving and time management skills by resolving issues without managerial support and maintaining a fast-paced work environment. Prior to that, Spencer worked as an Independent Contractor at Griner Contracting from 2021 to 2022, where they gained experience in both indoor and outdoor projects such as drywall installation, painting, demolition, and landscaping. Earlier in their career, they served as a Quality Control Specialist at Advanced Metal Etching™, Inc. from 2019 to 2021. Lastly, Spencer worked as a Landscaper at PT's Lawncare and Landscaping, primarily mowing lawns and assisting with landscaping projects throughout their high school years.

Spencer Hare pursued their Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Advertising from Indiana University South Bend - Judd Leighton School of Business and Economics. Spencer studied at the institution from 2019 to 2023, dedicating their academic years to this field of study.
