Tim Thiel has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Tim began their career as a Singer in The Chadwicks and later joined Rock Lobster as a Singer. Tim then transitioned into the field of customer service and sales, working as a Customer Service Representative and National Accounts Sales Representative at Fender Musical Instruments. Tim later took on the role of Product Manager - Clothing & Collectibles at Fender Musical Instruments. Tim also gained experience in the digital marketing and ecommerce field, serving as a Digital Marketing Strategist at V Digital Services at Voice Media Group and as an Ecommerce Manager at Golfsmith International. Tim further honed their digital marketing skills as the VP Ecommerce & Digital Marketing at Herbal Brands, Inc. and as the Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at Harvest Health & Recreation, Inc. Currently, Tim holds the position of Director of Digital Marketing & Ecommerce at C3 Industries, a role they assumed in 2022. Throughout their career, Tim has demonstrated a strong background in digital marketing, ecommerce, and sales.

Tim Thiel attended Marcos De Niza High School from 1982 to 1986. After completing their high school education, they pursued higher education at Arizona State University from 1988 to 1992. During their time at Arizona State University, they studied Finance. Tim Thiel also obtained several additional certifications, including AdWords and Analytics from Google in June 2015 and All Content Learning Path from Facebook in May 2015.
