Pam Demetroulakos

Pam Demetroulakos has a long history of professional experience in the IT sector. Pam began their career in 1993 as a Systems Programmer at Spectra Laboratories. In 1994, they became a Business Systems Consultant at PCD Consulting, where they conducted research in information and data security and provided guidance and education to clients. In 2008, they joined Apple, Inc. as a Specialist on the Business Team, where they conducted business consultations and created and closed sales opportunities. In 2014, they joined iBE.net as a Board of Directors and MindBridge Partners as an Advisor. Pam also joined Acelium in 2019 as Senior Director and Director of Global Services. In 2021, they became the Director of IT Service Operations at Steel Root and in 2023, they were promoted to Vice President of Business Operations at C3 Integrated Solutions + Steel Root.

Pam Demetroulakos has a BA in Computer Science from Saint Anselm College. Pam is currently enrolled in Stanford University Graduate School of Business for a Certificate in Data Driven Decision Making. Pam also holds Certificates from TU Delft | Technology, Policy and Management in Artificial Intelligence in Practice, MIT Professional Education in Cybersecurity - Technology, Application and Policy, MIT Professional Education in Tackling the Challenges of Big Data, a Certificate from Hasso Plattner Institute in Semantic Web Technologies, and a Certificate from Stanford University Online Professional in Computer Security Principles, Cryptography and Secure Programming Techniques.
