Maxwell Lin

Max is a Claims Advocate and has 10 years of commercial lines claims experience. He began his career handling workers’ compensation claims on behalf of Los Angeles County, continued his claims career managing claims for small to medium sized businesses in various industries where he focused on large losses, and eventually transitioned to claims advocacy consulting on complex claim matters in multiple lines of business across various jurisdictions.

He believes in an aggressive but empathic approach to resolving claims to achieve cost-effective and advantageous outcomes.

A graduate of University of California – Riverside, Max earned his Bachelors of Arts in Economics. He is a licensed Self-Insurance Plan Administrator (SIP) and is currently working towards an Associates in Risk Management.
