Charu Pandey

Charu Pandey is currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist at c3controls since September 2021, having previously held the role of Administrative HR Support Specialist. Charu has experience in academia, having worked as an Assistant Professor at MCT's Rajiv Gandhi Institute Of Technology and ITS Engineering College, where expertise in the Electronics and Communication department was applied. Prior to this, Charu worked as a Senior Engineer in Marketing at Calcom Vision Limited, managing the Approbation Lab. Additional teaching experience includes roles at SHRI RAMSWAROOP MEMORIAL COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING AND MANAGEMENT and Global Group of Institute. Academic qualifications include an ongoing MBA with a focus on Human Resources Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies, an M.Tech in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amity University, and a BTech in the same field from Azad Institute of Engineering and Technology.
