Melissa Witham is an experienced program manager with a strong background in vocational rehabilitation and social services. Since October 2014, Melissa has worked at C4 Innovations, overseeing the delivery of technical assistance and training for SAMHSA- and HUD-funded projects. Previously, Melissa served as Director of Rehabilitation Services at Goodwill Industries of Northern New Jersey, managing operations for adults facing employment barriers. With early career roles including Senior Case Manager Supervisor at Arbor Education & Training and admissions-related positions at Career Blazers Learning Center, Melissa has developed extensive expertise in program management, client support, and workforce development. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian Studies and a Master of Public Administration in Public Policy and Nonprofit Management from New York University.
